TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: All products are shipped from the factory, and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. Items in stock shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation within 48 hours, which normally would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) Cancellations: Subject to J & E Gifts, LLC acceptance and terms, this will indemnify J & E Gifts, LLC against any loss.
#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to jegiftshop.com for any UPS shipments. jegiftshop.com will assist in the process of collections.
#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
#9.) Returns: Our company prides itself on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except for manufacturer's defects). We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
#10.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved by emailing us at jegiftshop@yahoo.com. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -14 days for your return to be credited as a store credit or an exchange made. Please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:
